Christmas Break and 2012 Class update

Our last class for 2012 will be at the Katoomba Dojang on Saturday 17/12/2011.

Katoomba classes resume on Monday 16/1/12 and Thursday night Springwood class will resume on 2/2/2011.

Tuesday night Glenbrook classes WILL NOT BE RESUMING in 2012; lower mountains students who wish to attend class more than our Thursday night Springwood class should discuss with Master Hughes attending an additional Katoomba class instead. For further information please contact Master Hughes direct.

We wish all students and their families a safe and happy holiday season.

Gradings, School Holidays, Student Farewell

Hi all,

We are into our first week of school holidays, Tuesday and Thursday classes will resume after the school holiday break.

Our recent gradings had Lise, Brett and Glen grade to Orange, Green and Brown belts respectively Congratulations to these students on their new belts. Unfortunately it was Lise’s last class before she returns to France. It has been great having her for the last year, and that she was able to achieve Orange belt before she left!! you will be missed!! our farewell party after gradings had a good turnout, thanks to all who brought food.

We have 2 more gradings on Saturday the 23rd at our Katoomba studio, remember to bring your sparring gear and support these students during grading!

We hope that everyone had a relaxing and enjoyable time over the Christmas and New Year break, and you are all now ready to get back into training! Classes are back on with some minor changes to class schedules (please see below post), we look forward to seeing you in class.

Congratulations to Daniel, Lise, Blake, Lyn, Anthony, Tamara, Gabby, Ryan, and Thomas who all graded today!! Great effort from everyone, It was a long day glad to see everyone stuck it out and made it a successful last class of 2010. Have a merry christmas and a happy new year. Be safe over the break – classes resume 17th Jan at Katoomba, and 1st Feb for Glenbrook and 3rd Feb for Springwood. See you all in 2011
